Staff Voicemail
Avaya IP Office Voicemail Instructions
Setting up your voicemail:
- At your phone, press the message button located on the top right
- Type in your extension / mail box number and press #
- When the automated reception beings, dial your password (Default 1234), then press #.
- Walk through what the automated receptionist asks.
- The system will ask you to change your passcode.

Checking your messages from any phone:
- Press the message button located on the top right
- Type in your extension/ mailbox number and press #
- When the automated reception beings, enter passcode (Default 1234), then press #.
- Listen to automated receptionist.

- Press the Messages button, #
- Enter your passcode, #
