Board Goals 2011-2012

USD 111 will develop a fiscal plan that effectively manages district personnel and operations while improving fiscal responsibility to prepare for the future beyond the end of consolidation incentives in 2013.
USD 111 will continue to provide a high quality curriculum and recruit, employ, develop, effectively evaluate and retain a high quality staff in all areas.
USD 111 will continue to integrate and update technology to enhance instruction, information systems, and resource management.
USD 111 will provide a safe, healthy, clean, up-to-date, efficient work and learning environment for our students and staff.
USD 111 will continue to research, develop and update the transportation rotation/replacement plan for the district buses/vehicles for fiscal year 2013.
USD 111 will develop a summer 2012 repair and maintenance program to address the need to repair under the bleachers at south campus and piping in the middle school.
USD 111 will develop a plan to determine the costs of a possible new vocational agriculture building and an expansion on the bus barn at south campus for possible implementation.
