Parents Online Account Information Sheet

Parents Online is a new way of looking at your students grades online. There are several enhancements that will make checking grades easier and give you as a parent much more information about your child's progress.

Some of these enhancements are:

	You can now view all your children's grades with one login.
	Much more detail has been added to the progress reports.
	Schedule view lets you see which class your child is in at any time during the day.
	Parent Resources offers parents information to help with your child's education.
	Transcripts can be viewed and printed (not a legal copy).

Instructions for accessing POL Online:

Step 1:	Fill out the Access form that was sent home with the students. If you do not have the access form please download POL Parent Access Form in Adobe PDF format. Fill in the information and send the form to you school. Parent Online Access Form
Step 2:	Your account will be created using school provide username.
Step 3:	Go to the Doniphan West school website and click on the Go.Edu Parent Online button on the right side of the home page. Or use the link provided here to go to the sign on page. Link

If you have any problems with grades recorded incorrectly please email that teacher about the problem. The email addresses for our faculty are listed on our web site. If student information about your child is wrong please contact the secretaries of each respective building so that they may make corrections.
