Doniphan County Spelling Bee

The Doniphan County Spelling Bee was held on Tuesday, March 4.  Three of our fifth grade students and one alternate qualified for the county bee.  Five fourth grade students qualified to attend as observers.  One of our fifth grade students, Savannah, won the spelling be by correctly spelling "trapezoid."  Congratulations Savannah!  She now qualifies for the regional spelling bee to be held in St. Joseph, MO on Saturday, March 8.  Good luck!
