College Checklist
Use the following as a checklist of what you should do if you wish
to attend college after high school:
*Schedule a campus visit.
*Complete the university application for admission.
*Register for the ACT and have your scores sent to the
universities of your choice
*Have your counselor mail your 6th or 7th semester high school
transcript to the universities to which you have
applied.
*Request a scholarship application and submit it well before the
scholarship deadline.
*Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
(FAFSA). This cannot be submitted
before Jan. 1.
*Complete and return the university Housing Contract if you plan
to live on campus.
*Watch for information on New Student Orientation.
*Ask your counselor to send your final high school transcript to
the university.
